INGREDIENTS: 2 eggs, butter, bread crumbs, salsa, cheddar cheese, milk, various common spices

-heat a nonstick pan to medium heat, grease pan w/ butter

-beat 2 eggs with a bit of milk to an even consistancy

-add some breadcrumbs, a dash of chile pepper, to the eggs

-pour mixture onto skillet, cook on mediumLow-medium until eggs are 75% sollidified. scramble.

-add salt, pepper, paprika to taste

-add bigg dollop of salsa (preferribly chunky and spicy salsa). add small handfull of cheese (must be cheddar, no fake american!). scramble.

-cook on medium until solidified and not too wattery. DONT OVERCOOK- should be fairly moist, fluffy, and delicious
